3.1. All products available on Overstocked Dock are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4.1. All orders placed via the Overstocked Dock website are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2. Prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept a variety of payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.
4.4. Overstocked Dock reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where the payment cannot be processed.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Delivery is a flat rate of $50 to all Sydney metro areas.
5.2. Click and Collect is available Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm at our Silverwater location. You will receive confirmation with pick-up details 72 hours after your order is placed.
5.3. Delivery estimates are provided on the website but are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.
5.4. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of our third-party carriers. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carriers.
5.5. If an order needs to be rescheduled or canceled after it has been processed, the entire timeframe may need to be restarted.
6. Returns and Refunds

6.2. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
