Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Information
- All new, packaged, and discontinued range items are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
2. Returns – New & Packaged Stock
- Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery only if the item is found to be damaged or faulty.
- To initiate a return, please email info@overstockeddock.com.au within the 72-hour window, including your invoice number, name, and contact details.
- Our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm and proceed with the return process.
- Returned items must be in 'as-new' condition—not used, assembled, damaged, washed, or laundered.
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all manuals and accessories included.

3. Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, natural disasters, soiling, fair wear and tear, or exposure to pets.
- The warranty is automatically voided if pets are on or exposed to the lounge, regardless of whether visible damage is present.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
4. Non-Metro Areas & Transport Damage
- For customers in non-metro areas, any returns or warranty claims must be transported back to our store at the customer’s expense.
- Overstocked Dock is not liable for damage caused during transport after the item has been delivered. Transport-related damage must be claimed with the relevant freight provider.
