Welcome to the Overstocked Dock FAQ section! We've gathered the most common questions we receive to help guide you through your shopping experience. If you can’t find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to assist!

1. What is Overstocked Dock?

Overstocked Dock is a dedicated clearance outlet for discontinued ranges, end-of-line models, samples, and display stock. We specialise in moving quality wholesale furniture at heavily discounted prices – no frills, no full retail markups. We're not a traditional retailer; we don’t restock or chase trends. Our focus is on clearing excess inventory fast, so once a piece is gone, it’s gone.

2. Where is Overstocked Dock located?

Our warehouse is based in Silverwater, NSW. We offer delivery to Sydney metro areas only. For customers nearby, Click & Collect is also available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

3. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes! We offer a Click & Collect option for customers located near our warehouse. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you. Collection is available in Silverwater Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your item to be ready for collection.

4. How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat rate of $50 to all Sydney metro areas. You'll see the delivery fee clearly stated at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we are only able to deliver to Sydney Metro and some other regions. We are unable to ship to locations outside of Australia at this time.

6. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so once your order is placed, it begins the dispatch process immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders or make changes once they are confirmed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, but note that once an item has shipped, we cannot cancel or alter the order.

7. What happens if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@overstockeddock.com.au. Include your invoice number, name, contact details, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll respond via email or phone to confirm next steps. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a suitable remedy – this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note: Clearance and final sale items are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis. We strongly encourage you to inspect these items upon pick-up or delivery, as they are not eligible for return or warranty claims. The above policy applies strictly to new and packaged items only.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Returns are only accepted for new, packaged, or discontinued range items if the item is found to be damaged or faulty, and you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@overstockeddock.com.au with your invoice number, name, contact details, and photos of the issue.

Returned items must be in ‘as-new’ condition – unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Please note: Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis.

9. Can I price match my order if it goes on sale?

Unfortunately, we cannot price match existing orders. If you’ve already purchased an item at full price and it goes on sale, you can contact us to cancel your original order and place a new one at the sale price. Please be aware that items may sell out quickly during a sale, and we can’t guarantee availability.

11. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time that suits you. They will work with you to confirm the best time for delivery. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

12. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes! You’re welcome to visit our showroom featuring current clearance and ex-display models at 1/4 Newington Road, Silverwater, NSW. We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Signage is available on-site to direct you to the showroom.
