Delivery & Click & Collect Policy

Click & Collect – Silverwater, NSW

Click & Collect is available from our Silverwater warehouse for customers who prefer to pick up their order. Please note:

• Orders may take up to 72 business hours to be prepared.
• You will receive an email notification with the pickup address and collection instructions once your order is ready.
• Collection is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm.

Delivery – Sydney Metro Only

We offer standard delivery to Sydney Metro addresses for a flat rate of $100.
At this time, we do not deliver outside of Sydney Metro.

Delivery Information

• All deliveries are ground floor only.
• Delivery can occur any time within 14 business days from order placement.
• Our team or carrier partner will contact you to arrange a delivery day once your order is ready.
• If you are unavailable during the proposed delivery window, your booking may be rescheduled and subject to the standard delivery timeframe.
• Authority to leave is available upon request—please advise us at checkout or via email.
• We are unable to hold orders. Once placed, orders automatically begin dispatch processing.

Please note: At the time of booking your delivery, you will be asked if your property has stairs or restricted access. If it does, a $50 additional fee will apply.
