At Overstocked Dock, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our 12-month warranty on new and packaged items provides peace of mind, and our straightforward return process allows you to report any damages or faults within 72 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.
1. Product Condition & Eligibility
1.1 Clearance, Ex-Display & Floor Stock

These items are sold as-is. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that the product may have faults or imperfections.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect these items either during Click & Collect or upon delivery to ensure satisfaction with their condition.
1.2 New & Packaged Stock – Warranty & Returns

All new, packaged, and discontinued range items come with a 12-month warranty.

We accept returns on these products within 72 hours of delivery only if the item is found to be damaged or faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@overstockeddock.com.au within the 72-hour period, providing your invoice number, name, and contact details. We will respond to you either via email or over the phone to confirm and proceed with the return.

Returned items must be in 'as-new' condition, meaning they have not been used, assembled, damaged, washed, or laundered. Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
2. Reporting Damage or Faults

3. Delivery & Inspection

Click & Collect & Delivery Inspections: Customers who choose to pick up from our warehouse are encouraged to inspect items during collection, especially ex-display or floor stock, to ensure satisfaction with the condition before taking the product home.

Delivery: Customers who opt for delivery must inspect their items upon arrival to ensure they are free from damage or faults. If you reject the delivery due to damage or a fault, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. If you reject the delivery for reasons other than fault or damage, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost and will be refunded the product cost only.

Note: The inspection should be conducted on the product packaging only to check for external damages. Carriers will not wait for prolonged inspections, so please ensure prompt examination upon delivery.

Acceptance of Faults: Accepting a delivery with known faults will not entitle you to any additional discounts or compensation.
4. Customer Responsibility for Product Fit
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase will fit through their doorways, hallways, staircases, and any other access points to their intended location. Before completing a purchase, especially for large or bulky items, we strongly advise measuring the dimensions of both the product and its packaging.
We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or failure to verify access dimensions. This policy applies regardless of whether the item is faulty or damaged.
5. General Return Conditions

6. Sales and Price Adjustments
6.1 Sales and Promotions
From time to time, Overstocked Dock may hold sales or promotions on selected items. Please note that during these periods, the sale prices cannot be applied to existing orders. If you have already placed an order and the item you purchased is now on sale, you must contact us directly to request a cancellation of your order. You can then place a new order at the sale price.
6.2 Price Matching
We are unable to price match your current order or adjust the price to reflect a sale or promotion after the order has been placed. If you wish to purchase the same item at a sale price, you must cancel the original order and place a new order at the updated sale price.
6.3 Availability During Sale Periods
Please note that items during a sale period may sell quickly, and we cannot guarantee availability of the item when you go to replace your order. The cancellation and repurchase of your order will restart the order process, and you will be subject to new delivery timeframes.
6.4 Completed Orders
Once an order has been delivered, we cannot accommodate any price adjustments or cancellations due to a sale price being applied after the fact. If you have received your order, we will not be able to offer a refund or price change based on current promotions.
